1. Say No More to Smoking

It’s true what they say, smoking kills. In this case, it is slowly damaging your reproductive system. Just one cigarette bud is overflowing with a variety of harmful toxins. These toxins can lead to issues such as addiction, cancer, and heart problems.

Many studies have illustrated that smoking can be linked to compromising the ovaries, uterus, and other parts of the reproductive system. If you make the poor decision to smoke during pregnancy, your unborn child will suffer major consequences and you will be the blame for all complications.

2. Get Screenings Done

Go to the clinic and get screenings done regularly. In this way, you can track the state of your reproductive system by visiting your obstetrician-gynecologist during your pregnancy and get an account of your progress. It is important that you get pap smears and STD tests were done on a regular basis, especially if you happen to be having intercourse. This will make sure that if any unpleasant health conditions do arise, they will be detected earlier making treatment and chances of cure and survival more effective.

3. Alter your Diet

The food you eat can determine your level of fertility. For instance, omega 3 fatty acids, omega 6 fatty acids, low carb diets, low glycaemic diets, and higher amounts of vegetable proteins and antioxidants have proved to improve fertility in women. Outside of fertility, it keeps your reproductive system healthy, clean, and super strong.

4. Practice Safe Intercourse

Do not go into sexual intercourse without the proper protection at hand. Carelessly having sexual intercourse can lead to a range of health issues from STDs to STIs. You could even develop a form of reproductive cancer from a lack of safe sexual intercourse. One disease you want to avoid like the plague is HIV Aids. It is a non-curable disease that can be transmitted via intercourse and causes a person to suffer their entire lives whilst also being susceptible to an early death.

5. Exercise and Be Clean

Insufficient exercise can lead to several hormonal issues and obesity. This could lead to alterations in your sexual drive and energy. Exercise can balance this problem out. But too much exercise could also lead to further imbalances. This is why it is vital to exercise in moderation and do the right exercises for your body. Additionally, you must maintain excellent personal hygiene. Stay far away from scented tampons and vaginal sprays and begin wearing more cotton panties and regularly cleaning the vaginal area.

Maintain and boost your reproductive system girls, and the baby will be well on its way!
